We will accept orders by online cart, phone, fax, e-mail, and standard mail. Orders received by phone will be carefully repeated back at the time of phone-in. An acknowledgement including item specifications, sizes, quantities, and prices will be promptly faxed or e-mailed.  From that point, all orders are considered correct and firm.

We assume no responsibility for incorrect information received by e-mail, phone, fax or mail. All items are custom made to customer's specifications; therefore, cancellations of or changes to orders in process are subject to a charge to be determined by the factory at the time of request and may not be possible.

Once the order is in production, any changes will be at customer's expense.  Due to the custom nature, none of our door products are returnable including self-adhesive veneer.  Please order carefully!

Customer may be notified by fax, or email of the approximate shipping date.
Normal lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks.

Payment is required before order can be placed in production, since each order is custom made to your specifications. Payment can be made by MASTER CHARGE, VISA, DISCOVER, CERTIFIED CHECK, or MONEY ORDER.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours and are non-cancelable and non-refundable after 24 hours, due to the custom nature of the product. (The exception being hardware orders which may be returned with proper authorization from customer service and a 15%, $10.00 minimum, restocking fee will be applied and customer must pay shipping.)  DUE TO THE INSTABILITY OF E-MAIL, ALL CORRECTIONS OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE PHONED OR FAXED TO US. Sample door orders are non-refundable at any time.  If order is cancelled within 24 hours, a 10% or $100.00 (whichever is less) order processing fee will apply with a minimum of $10.00.    As with our custom doors, no unused self-adhesive veneer or panels are returnable.

After 24 hours the entire dollar amount of the order is non-cancelable and non-refundable.  If there is any outstanding balance due, it must be paid before shipping. No allowances will be given with the exception of that clearly stated in the Warranty.
If there is damage to your order, you must notify us AND the carrier within 24 hours. Retain boxes if damage has occurred even if damage is not visible on the box. Failure to do so may forfeit your right to recovery.
CUSTOMER is responsible for checking his or her delivered order IMMEDIATELY for ANY shortages or discrepancies. ANY shortages or discrepancies in the order MUST be reported to us IMMEDIATELY, so necessary corrections can be made.
ANY and ALL shortages or discrepancies MUST be reported IN FULL within 10 (ten) days of delivery date.
ANY and ALL corrections required after the 10 (ten) day period after delivery will be assessed a minimum $25.00 administrative fee, or the cost of the correction required, whichever is greater.
Replacements for damaged or returned products will not be replaced until said products are returned to the factory for inspection or acceptable verification of damage is received via digital picture.

We warrant all standard products for one year from date of shipment:
Warranty covers replacement of door.  Shipping is not included.  Warranty does not cover installation, removal, or labor of any kind. Nor does this warranty cover any product used or installed in connection with our products. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper handling, alterations or storage or excessive heat (140 degrees or more).
Doors over 20 inches wide or 42 inches high are not warranted against warpage.  Wood door style 370 Slab is not warranted but is available upon request.

Paint Grade or any painted doors are NOT warranted against cracks in joints or visible glue lines in panels caused by natural expansion or contraction of raised panels.
All claims, including shortages, must be made within five days of receipt. Any product claimed to be of defective workmanship or material must be returned for our inspection at our request. Credit will be issued subject to our inspection. No returns will be accepted without authorization. DO NOT return any merchandise without notifying us first for authorization.

We will do everything possible to quickly rectify any problems that may arise. We are, as we have been since 1977, dedicated to customer satisfaction.
